Experiencing high battery consumption while phone is in standby around 20 25 percent overnight

cell standby and device idle are high as is android OS... I am not able to turn off voice over LTE as I don't have that option

Recently I dropped my Galaxy S7 phone on the stairs. It was a pretty rough fall, but my case protected it. There was no outside damage visible, but when I went to turn my screen on, I got static. It was a flash of static not like snowing static. I googled this many times and I found no results....

Hello,

I recently bought a Moto G (4th generation). All of a sudden, I'm getting an ad for an app (video game) completely out of the blue when I'm not even on my phone. It's loud, and very annoying.. especially in the middle of the night when I'm trying to sleep. How do I get this ad to stop?

so today i backed up my galaxy s6 using smart switch on my laptop and after that i reset the phone to it's factory settings. after that, i restored everything on it using smartswitch but the files in the private mode aren't there. is there a way to recover them? thank you and sorry for my spelling
